  • What benefits do you offer?

  • Do you have to be a cyclist to work at Cycle Republic?
  • If you’re looking to work in one of our shops, it’s really helpful to be able to bring some personal knowledge to your role. In the Support Centre, the same can be said – but sometimes this means expertise in your professional area of retail rather than specifically in cycling.

  • How much holiday do you offer?
  • If you work in one of our shops, you’ll be given 30 days' holiday per year. Our colleagues in the Support Centre get 25 days' holiday per year (plus 8 statutory holidays).

  • What should I wear? Is there a uniform?
  • If you’re working in our shops, you’ll be provided with polo shirts, jackets and name badges as required. The rest is up to you! Some smart casual trousers and shoes are a good idea to go with the polo, but remember that you’ll be working with bikes.

    In the Support Centre, the dress code is relaxed, but smart casual is always a safe bet if you’re not sure. If you work in the Support Centre and need to visit stores as part of your work, you’ll be provided with a uniform.

  • Do you have on-site parking? What does it cost?
  • Our Support Centre has a secure car park which is free to use. Because our shops are more urban, the parking arrangements vary.
